27th March 2021 - Book Event
On 27th March 2021, RI Chapter of the Scout Guild and Raffles Institution commemorated the illustrious history of scouting in RI by launching a book entitled "To Scouting in Raffles (SIR) With Love". Guest-of-Honour was ESM Mr Goh Chok Tong. Due to Covid-19 only 35 old boys were invited to attend. All had their masks on and observed social distancing. The old Scouts were also treated to a rare viewing of scouting-related artifacts from yesteryears.
Of the 500 copies printed, over 300 have been sold. Here are some the photos taken at the event.

The book is hot property and 60% of it were IMMEDIATELY sold on the spot to astute collectors, despite covid-restriction on the number of attendees (you hoarders!)
